Posey Acting Academy was founded by John Posey — nearly four decades on set, over a decade in the classroom, and credits across the kind of network and streaming shows most actors only audition for. He built this academy because he saw the gap between the way acting is taught and the way it actually gets booked. Then he built the platform around it.

The academy started with John Posey leading the adult flagship and Jesse Posey and John Ahle Kellar anchoring the Youth program. From there it's expanding — carefully. Every partner coach is hand-selected, vetted by the Posey team, and onboarded with the same standards. Some are already teaching. Several more are launching their first cohorts in the coming weeks. The roster grows. The bar doesn't move.
